Shipping & returns

At Acro Aero Supply, we are committed to providing high-quality aviation products and components. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with the following policy:

Eligibility for Returns

· Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days of the invoice date.

· Parts must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

· A copy of the original invoice or order confirmation must be included with all returns.

· All components and documents provided by the manufacturer must be included.

· If part was shipped with an 8130, the documentation must be included.

· Packaged in original manufacturer’s box with no marking or labels on the box.

· All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to any credit issuance.

Non-Returnable Items

· Custom-manufactured or special-order parts

· Hazardous materials or chemicals

· Electrical components or avionics once opened

· Items installed, altered, or used in any capacity

· Software, downloadable materials, or digital documentation

· Items sold as “final sale” or “non-returnable”

Restocking Fees

· A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to returns that are not the result of our error (e.g., incorrect item ordered).

· No restocking fee will apply to defective or mis-shipped items.

Shipping Costs

· Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

· Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

· Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges and Replacements

· If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or credit.

· Exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on product availability.

Important Notes

· Installed or altered parts cannot be returned due to regulatory and safety compliance.
