These plugs are installed as plugs/check valve. They do not have to be removed for preflight pumping. Each stroke of the pump opens the valve to allow water out.

Extends to 5 feet and stow away at 3 feet. Pumps one gallon of water for every ten strokes. Made to fit all model floats for preflight pumping.
